The Life Scouts for their Eagle are required to get letters of recommendation
from some adults that they know. This could be a Scout parent, a teacher,
an employer or an adult from their church. They need to have more than two
letters and they need to request it from them giving them enough time to fulfill it.
The letters are to be sent to the advancement chair, who will
hang onto them until they have their Eagle BOR.
