Youth Protection Training "YPT"

Pack 70 takes the safety of our scouts very seriously. In order to do our best protect them, we require that all parents and leaders to complete the BSA's Youth Protection Training. To complete the training:
  1. Go to and create a free account. If you already have an account, sign in.
  2. Click on the large "Youth Protection Begins With You" button.
  3. Complete all three modules and the certification test. A completion certificate will be emailed to you which you can forward to the Committee Chair.

** In-person Youth Protection Training sessions will be offered throughout the scouting year as needed. You can choose to participate in one of those rather than complete it online.
